At Bae The Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene stickers are still in place.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
